İNOVATİF HEMŞİRELİK DERNEĞİ

Dernek, hemşirelerin hizmet sunumlarında etkin ve istendik sonuçları yakalayabilmek, sürekli değişime ayak uydurmak ve inovasyon sürecini hizmetlerine entegre edebilmeleri konusunda danışmanlık vermek, hemşirelik uygulamalarında sağlığın desteklenmesi, hastalıkların önlenmesi, risk faktörlerinin tanımlanması, önlenmesi ve sağlığı geliştirici davranışların artırılması, bakım ve tedavinin daha nitelikli verilebilmesi için yeni bilgilerin/metotların/hizmetlerin bulunmasında inovasyonu desteklemek amacıyla 18.05.2016 yılında İstanbul’da kurulmuştur.

Kurulduğu günden itibaren hemşirelik eğitimi veren bir çok okulda yüzlerce hemşirelik ve ebelik öğrencisine İnovatif Düşünme Eğitimleri verilmiş, bir çok sempozyum ve kongre de binlerce hemşire ve ebeye inovasyon nedir?, sağlık alanında hemşire ve ebeler tarafından yapılan inovasyon örnekleri, yaratıcı düşünme, ürün belgelendirme, destekler ve tanıtım süreci ile ilgili eğitimler ve atölye çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Dernek üyelerinden 100 kişi patent/faydalı model belgesini almış 50 kişinin ise belgelendirme süreci devam etmektedir. Her yıl dernek bünyesinde gerçekleştirilen Hemşirelikte İnovasyon Yarışması kapsamında 512 den fazla proje gerçekleştirilmiştir. Dernek, verdiği eğitimlerle hemşire ve ebeleri sağlık alanında yapılacak yeni inovasyonlar konusunda desteklemekte ve ürünlerin korunması ve belgelendirilmesi sürecinde üyelerine danışmanlık hizmeti sunmaktadır.

ASSOCIATION OF INNOVATIVE NURSING

The association has been established in 18.05.2016 in Istanbul with the aims of attaining effective and desired results in the service provision of nurses, counseling nurses so that they can integrate the innovation process into their practices, supporting health in nursing applications, the prevention of diseases, the identification and prevention of risk factors, increasing health promoting behavior, and higher quality care and treatment.

Since the establishment of the association, hundreds of nursing and midwifery students in various schools providing nursing education have been given Innovative Thought Trainings, and thousands of nurses and midwives in many congresses and symposiums were supported on the subject of innovation through trainings and workshops concerning examples of innovations performed by midwives and nurses, trainings on creative thinking, and branding as well as support and presentation processes.

50 among the members of our association have gained their patents/beneficial model papers, with the branding process of 100 people in progress. Within the context of the Innovation in Nursing Contest, each year more than 512 projects have been realized within our association. The association supports nurses and midwives on innovations to be made in the field of health through trainings, and counsels its members on the protection and branding of their products.
